About the Role:

Cineplex is seeking a skilled Theatre Manager to join our team. As a Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service and Retail operations within the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the efficient operation of all venue departments.
  • Ensure that the facility consistently reflects Company standards and all relevant checklists and inspections are up to date.
  • Execute Groups & Events within the venue.
  • Recruit, interview, train, and coach venue management, and plan for succession.
  • Manage theatre budget, grow revenue, and initiate projects to drive the business forward.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar environment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Proven leadership skills during high volume business periods.
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
