Student Recruitment Service Partner and Transfer Recruitment

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Student Recruitment Service Partner and Transfer Recruitment to join our team at the University of Alberta. As a key member of the Student Recruitment Centre of Expertise, you will play a critical role in developing and executing recruitment strategies to support the student recruitment needs of faculties and programs within the College of Health Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to faculty partners and other College-level leadership positions on recruitment strategies, tactics, and messaging.
  • Develop and evaluate faculty-specific and transfer recruitment plans in collaboration with institutional recruitment efforts.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with high school and transfer students, parents, alumni, and educational institutions.
  • Advise on key factors impacting student recruitment and work with Recruitment Marketing to develop recruitment presentations and promotional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships within the University of Alberta and develop and lead training on each faculty within the College.
  • Evaluate annual recruitment strategies and establish target schools/regions, and allocate and monitor assigned resources and budgets effectively.

  • Capacity to excel in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
  • Familiarity with Alberta K-12 and post-secondary education systems.
