Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Westburne. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, and supporting the field sales and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives to provide exceptional customer service.
- Consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving product inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the sales team by maintaining accurate customer databases and processing orders efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge to customers.
