- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process, ensuring that all problems are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting any areas of concern and suggesting improvements.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to problem-solve and think critically.
