Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, including scheduling, routing, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to delivery drivers, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery process.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of delivery services, ensuring that all goods are delivered in good condition.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
