Job Title: Senior Tax Strategist

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead our corporate taxation team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing effective tax optimization strategies and providing expert guidance on tax planning mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute reorganization and tax planning mandates for corporate clients
  • Develop comprehensive tax optimization strategies and draft detailed tax opinions
  • Supervise and coordinate the execution of mandates to ensure efficient completion
  • Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and clients
  • Participate in the review of income tax and information returns
  • Present clients with results of work performed, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Mentor junior tax professionals
  • Collaborate with the assurance team to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's degree in taxation (CPA or Bar)
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in taxation, preferably in an accounting or law firm
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Taxprep, and tax research software (Taxnet Pro and IntelliConnect)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Able to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
