Job Summary:


MCI, LC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home-Based Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
