About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Cayden's Premier Care Home Inc. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide personal care, including feeding and assisting with mobility
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to meet clients' dietary needs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
