About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Buyer to join our team at KESHAVPRIYAINC. as a Merchandise Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to our retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and select high-quality merchandise that meets our business needs, and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels, ensuring that our retail outlets have the necessary merchandise to meet customer demand.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our retail outlets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Business Development: Work closely with our retail business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or supply chain management.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail buying or procurement role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues. Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
