A Day in the Life of a Business Growth Catalyst

">

The Manager, Category Leadership develops and executes customer/category business plans aligned to Nestlé's strategic category growth opportunities. They provide insights, analytics, and category reviews, unlocking department and category growth solutions for prioritized customer/channel opportunities.

In this role, you will lead customer portfolio segmentation, bring clarity to category growth drivers, and facilitate updates to strategic category narratives. You will be an active source of industry and category insight, leveraging data and analysis to support planning and execution.

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 6 years' experience in progressive sales or marketing roles, with a proven track record of delivering key KPIs. You must be able to participate and collaborate across commercial teams, understand all sales functions, and have demonstrated understanding of shopper data and analytics.

You will require effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to express analytics and deliver presentations to various levels within the organization. Advanced computer skills, specifically with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are essential, with Power BI being an asset.
