Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at S & B Modi Enterprises ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies to drive business growth and development.
  • Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Plan and develop development projects to meet business objectives.
  • Develop venture capital sources to support business growth.
  • Recruit and hire staff to support business operations.
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities.
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
  • Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment.
  • Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends.
  • Develop feasibility studies to support business decisions.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to reach a wider audience.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, large workload.
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
