Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards are met.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to achieve seamless hotel operations.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to maintain high safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Recommend additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or replacements.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Secondary school graduation certificate and relevant training or certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess manual dexterity.
  • Reliable, flexible, and efficient in their work.
Work Conditions:
