About the Position



We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity and Access Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Capacity and Access department, you will play a vital role in providing advice and input on healthcare system funding plans and managing project plans and budget allocation for planning, design, and implementation activities.




  • Identifies emerging issues in the community that require a planning/development response and uses appropriate planning approaches.
  • Coordinates and conducts analysis of local healthcare systems based on provincial data, community input, and other sources.
  • Promotes high-quality research and planning and provides leadership to the development of methodologies in the profession of health planning.
  • Conducts effective stakeholder consultation related to planning and promotes consensus among stakeholders for action required.


Key Responsibilities




  • Manages project plans and budget allocation for planning, design, and implementation activities.
  • Coordinates and conducts analysis of local healthcare systems based on provincial data, community input, and other sources.
