Job Description: The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on effective strategies to manage their condition.

Requirements:

  • Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
  • Current valid CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:
