We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team at Milton Halal Meat. Key Responsibilities

Assign Sales Workers to Duties

You will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, ensuring that the store is fully staffed and that customers are being served efficiently.

Hire and Train Staff

You will be responsible for hiring and training new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.

Manage Inventory and Merchandise

You will be responsible for managing inventory and merchandise, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and that customers have access to a wide range of products.

Prepare Reports and Analyze Sales Data

You will be responsible for preparing reports and analyzing sales data, ensuring that the store is meeting its sales targets and that customers are being served efficiently.

Resolve Customer Complaints and Issues

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience at our store.

Requirements
  • Education

A college diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a retail management role is required.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and be a team player.
