Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage communications that align with Recipe's vision, mission, values, and overall strategy, ensuring timely and compelling delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to effectively communicate initiatives to employees and key stakeholders, fostering a culture of engagement and awareness.
  • Develop employer branding strategies in collaboration with the Talent team, researching industry trends to enhance ongoing corporate branding efforts.
  • Maintain and update the corporate website with high-quality content, photography, and the latest company news and events, working alongside the Web Development team.
  • Create and distribute the Daily Media newsletter to the employee email database, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all posts.
  • Support creation of presentation materials for Board of Directors meetings, key franchisee or supplier meetings, Town Halls, and other critical events.
  • Assist in key event strategy and coordination, including franchisee and brand conferences.
  • Monitor Recipe press coverage, collect data on internal communication initiatives effectiveness, and track viewership on social channels.
  • Undertake special projects and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Public Relations or communications professional.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent creative presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships at all levels in the organization.
  • Savvy with all things digital.
  • Experienced in writing and proofing editorial publications, social media posts, blog posts, etc.
  • Pop culture and trend expert.
  • Strong creative ideation and execution skills.
  • Experience in employer branding.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
