We are accelerating the transition to 100% electric homes in North America. Our mission is to make sustainable energy use accessible and affordable for everyone.

Homes account for a significant portion of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps. However, adoption lags due to high costs and friction in the retrofit process. To overcome this, we are building a fully vertically integrated home electrification company, making it simple, transparent, and affordable for homeowners to get a heat pump.


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC installer to lead our install crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems, collaborating with engineering teams to improve the product and streamline the install process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remove existing HVAC equipment
  • Install new heat pump systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
  • Test heat pump systems to ensure proper functionality
  • Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
  • Train team members on the Jetson equipment and install procedures

Requirements:

  • You're a Red Seal Licensed HVAC/R Journeyman
  • Proven experience as an install team member and team lead
  • Gas B Ticket
  • Heat Pump installation experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communications and customer service skills

Compensation:

$65-$75 per hour, full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.
