Senior Manager, IT Procurement Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, IT Procurement to join our team at LaSalle Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global sourcing strategies during SAP S4Hana implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead global sourcing strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Foster and execute global procurement strategy while managing a team of category managers
  • Create buy-in and influence with suppliers to identify best solutions and highest priority within IT procurement
  • Manage relationships with senior leadership and provide regular updates on IT procurement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT procurement, preferably with experience leading procurement during a large-scale digital transformation
  • Ability to foster and challenge a team of category managers to identify best solutions for high-priority IT needs
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to own a room and communicate with senior leadership on decisions and options
