Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Description

Victaulic, a global leader in grooved mechanical pipe joining and flow control solutions, is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email, entering customer orders, and assisting customers with stock checks, pricing requests, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders on web-based and BPCS (AS400) systems.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Expedite and source products to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Deliver above-and-beyond customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in customer relations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task.
  • Proven people skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence and business integrity.
  • Willingness to be a team player while working independently with little direction.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Applications.
  • University degree or college diploma preferred.

Salary: $50 – 65k
