We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mobile App Support Specialist to join our team at Passion.io. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support experiences to creators, empowering them to launch impactful mobile apps at a fraction of the cost.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support via email and chat, resolving creators' issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Migrate creators' content from their previous platforms to Passion.io with precision and attention to detail.
  • Design and customize stunning apps using Canva and brand assets, ensuring seamless integration with creators' unique needs.
  • Monitor app submissions on Apple and Google Play, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth review processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on Apple and Google updates, new features, bug fixes, and major updates from Passion.io, providing timely information to creators.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency and workflow.
  • Set up Typeform for customers and configure Zapier workflows to streamline processes, driving automation and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven expertise in email and chat support, basic graphic design knowledge, experience working with technology, and some experience writing or reviewing copy in English.
  • Strong customer service skills with clear communication, patience, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Tech-savviness, especially with HelpDesk (Hubspot or ZenDesk) and Photoshop.
  • Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a team environment, with flexibility to adapt to different time zones.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.
