Job Description

Cosmos Sports & Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Membership Renewal Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with underserved communities in Quebec about registering for AquaGo and Try-It programs on behalf of Artistic Swimming Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Execute registration campaigns for our client Artistic Swimming Canada, including outbound cold calling, email marketing, and prospecting efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective registrants for assigned clients.
  • Maintain internal CRM databases and correspondence with current and potential clients.
  • Prospect potential registrants for Canadian Artistic Swimming.
  • Perform all other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must be fluent in both English and French. Preference will be given to candidates who are graduates of college/university programs relevant to Business, Marketing, Sport Management, or related fields of study.

What You Will Bring to Cosmos Sports

Ability to work as an effective team player, as well as independently.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of MS Office Applications.

Previous sales and/or customer service experience is an asset.

Experience with ticketing platforms is considered an asset but not required.

The position will be a remote opportunity.
