We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Project Manager - Community Engagement. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end SOC chip implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project execution across multiple geos worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end SOC chip implementation, working closely with SOC Design, DFT, and Verification teams.
  • Collaborate with functional domain leads for large-scale ASIC chip physical integration and implementation.
  • Coordinate project execution teams across multiple geos worldwide, ensuring timely delivery of IP requirements and deliverables.
  • Work with program management teams to plan, schedule, and resource demand/supply planning for SOC projects.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in SOC integration and implementation, including IP integration, SOC fabrics, voltage and clock domain crossings, DFT, power intent design, RTL quality checks, synthesis, timing analysis, design partitioning, PPA optimization, PnR, timing analysis, FP convergence, physical design implementation, and signoff.
  • Stay up-to-date with design/implementation tools and flows, including Spyglass Lint/CDC/RDC, SgLP, Synthesis – DC/FC, ICC, and physical design implementation/signoff tools.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in scripting languages such as Perl, shell, Python, and TCL.
  • Understand system integration, multi-die methodology, packaging, and system solution.
  • Manage execution teams, project planning, IP delivery timelines, deliverables, and quality checks, resource planning, critical path analysis, risks, and mitigation plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant fields.
