Insurance Team Lead Role Overview
As an Insurance Team Lead at Western Financial Group, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Digital Sales team. This leadership position requires a strong understanding of insurance products and a proven ability to coach and mentor your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Review client data entries, invoicing, and coverage selection to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work with Account Executives to quote and cross-sell products to new clients, contributing to the growth of the business.
- Monitor lead management to ensure a exceptional customer experience.
- Role model expected behaviors by reaching out to customers when required, placing complex risks, and other behaviors that contribute to a strong and successful team.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.
- Continuously develop your skills through industry and community involvement, training, and other courses.
Requirements:
- General Insurance Level 2 License or RIBO required.
- A history of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices.
- Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Involvement in industry-related associations and your community.
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
- Dedicated home office with a reliable internet connection.
