About Us

New Millenium Tire Centre is a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking an experienced Auto Shop Supervisor to oversee our fleet operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and organized professional to manage our team of technicians, prioritize tasks, and ensure the efficient operation of our auto repair shop. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Manage inventory, ordering materials and supplies as needed;
  • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and quality control;
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations;
  • Train or arrange for training of staff members;
  • Recruit and hire new employees, conducting related staffing actions;
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects;
  • Coordinate activities with other work units to meet work schedules;
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities;
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • Judgment and decision-making abilities;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively;
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting;
