Kudelski IoT is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to join its IoT team. Based in Canada with a national focus, this individual contributor will be responsible for growing Kudelski IoT's RecovR inventory management and theft recovery solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events.
  • Work with large, national partnerships to grow the RecovR brand awareness and sales penetration in Canada.
  • Quarterback rollouts to dealers including a complex ecosystem of partners, field operations, dealers, and internal resources.
  • Develop and manage partner pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned goals.
  • Support your dealership community with financial reports of penetration rates, profit, and overall success.
  • Gain market-share month over month.

Ideal Candidate Qualities and Skills:

  • Experience building and managing channel partnerships with a record of recruiting and enabling top channel partners.
  • Superb relationship management and strategic account planning capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand then simply explain technical concepts to an audience of varying technical expertise.
  • Strong ability to influence C-level executives and team members.
  • Fluent written and spoken English & French; Spanish is an asset.
