About the Role

We are seeking a talented Category Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Customer/Category Business Plans that align with our strategic category growth opportunities.

You will provide insights, analytics, and category reviews to unlock department and category growth solutions for prioritized Customer/Channel opportunities. Additionally, you will lead project management for these category growth projects and drive the customer and portfolio segmentation process internally.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Shopper Data and Analytics, as well as effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. You will also have experience with Retailer POS & Loyalty platforms, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Customer/Category Business Plans aligned with strategic category growth opportunities.
  • Provide project management leadership for category growth projects.
  • Drive customer and portfolio segmentation process internally.
  • Leverage data and analysis to support planning and execution.
