Key Responsibilities- Assist the Dairy/Frozen Manager in overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Motivate and mentor team members to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Handle customer and team member issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and loss prevention.
- Merchandise and manage inventory to meet financial objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, team members, and vendors.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a dairy/frozen department with a solid understanding of product knowledge.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
- Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
