Early Years Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Program Coordinator to join our team at the YMCA of Three Rivers. As a key member of our EarlyON team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality early years programs and services that meet the needs of children, parents, and caregivers in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement early years programs and services that align with the YMCA of Three Rivers' mission and values.
  • Collaborate with EarlyON leads and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and volunteers to support their professional development and improve program quality.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and YMCA of Three Rivers' policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to support the delivery of early years programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in early learning or child care.
  • Knowledge and expertise in child development and play-based learning.
  • Experience creating environments that nurture relationships for children, parents, and caregivers based on the latest evidence and research.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
