About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers directly in person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Uphold company values and respect every customer interaction.
  • Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer issues, using logical and sound judgment.
  • Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues.
  • Approach problems with a customer-centric mindset and make quick and effective decisions to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools is a plus.
