As a Restaurant Shift Manager at McDonalds Restaurant, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food products. Your duties will include supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training new employees, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, establishing work schedules, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
