Job Description

Overview: As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily retail store operation, including day-to-day operations, merchandising activities, recruitment and training of new employees, scheduling and inventory management. You will ensure that the standards of the store are in line with company guidelines and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily retail store operation
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and control
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the retail industry
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a team management position
  • Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend)
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
