Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Westburne Electric, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Saskatoon branch and driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and operations staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
- University degree plus a minimum of ten (10) years related experience in the industry, including at least five (5) years in a management capacity.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to analyze financial reports and develop implementation strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach staff and work through difficult decisions.
