Job SummaryThe Branch Manager will be responsible for leading our Saskatoon branch, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for the hydraulic hose and fittings industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 20-40 employees, promoting a culture of safety, organization, and cleanliness.
- Work closely with sales representatives, purchasing agents, warehouse/assembly staff, and management to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality management systems and industry regulations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production management, inventory management, and distribution.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office 365, with experience working within Eclipse ERP or similar software an asset.
