Material Processor

We are seeking a skilled Material Processor to join our team at Walters Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing materials and operating various processing machines.
Key Responsibilities- Operate processing machines efficiently and accurately.
- Study work orders and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations.
- Ensure dimensional accuracies and tolerances.
- Maintain accurate records of machine operation and complete required paperwork.
- Troubleshoot machine problems and perform routine maintenance.
- Train junior machine operators on machine use and capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to read a tape measure in both metric and imperial.
- Familiarity with NC and CNC controls.
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
