Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and self-led Caregiver to join our team. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you'll be responsible for creating Happier Aging experiences and client-focused care in home and community settings. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as healthy meal preparation, personal care, and light housekeeping
  • Delivering premium care approach to clients and their family members
  • Responding to Care Services Center (CSC) Team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates
  • Reviewing care plans and completing records accurately
  • Engaging in open communication with Care Designers to elevate client experiences and care
  • Updating availability and time off requests with HR/CD to ensure continuity of care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Two positive professional references
  • Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years for continued employment)
  • Negative TB test (updated every 5 years for continued employment)
  • Proof of health care certification
  • Ability to travel independently to client visits
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal at a high school graduate level
