Job Description

DAISY MART is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising a team and managing sales, inventory, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, cashiers, and grocery clerks and shelf stockers.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, hire, and train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and establish work schedules.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
