Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Rocky's Donair Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it meets our quality control standards.
  • Train Staff: Provide guidance and training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
