Data Analyst

This position is exclusively open to students pursuing an academic degree.
This internship is a unique opportunity to contribute to CAE's Data Strategy and evolution.
As a Data Analyst, you will participate in assembling large, complex data sets that meet business requirements.
You will identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery.
Additionally, you will build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
As a member of the business transformation team, you will be responsible for keeping data secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:- Strong knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Industry experience working with data, coding and scripting, and with Microsoft cloud services: Azure, Databrick, etc.
- Experience developing and administering large data systems.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
- Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server and CosmosDB.
- Experience with automated data pipeline and workflow management tools: DevOps, ARM, Data Factory, Airflow.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud services: Azure, Databrick.
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 1 year completed.
Location of the Internship:CAE Montreal head office.
