About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Respite Care Aide to join our team at Forever Living Care Services Ltd. As a Respite Care Aide, you will provide supportive care to seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Help with light housekeeping and cleaning
  • Accompany clients on outdoor activities and outings
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
