About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Secure Force Security. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our security personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of leadership and management. You will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, and providing guidance and training to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and events
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members on security procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid Security Guard License
  • CPR Certification
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a security setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working approximately 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
