We're looking for a Strategic Business Development Consultant to join our team at Tegrita.

This role involves working closely with our team members, clients, and decision makers to design and lead successful and profitable projects and accounts.

You will drive work velocity, ensuring billable time is done according to monthly forecasts and stay active in industry trends and client needs to develop and deliver new strategic services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting on client teams in strategy, business development, and/or marketing/revenue/sales and a proven track record of closing business.

  • Work closely with team members, clients, and decision makers to design and lead successful and profitable projects and accounts

Tegrita's compensation approach is designed to incentivize growth and success.

We offer a livable base wage and a flat 5%+ commission with no cap on earnings.
