Job Title: Hairstyling Salon Manager Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hairstyling salon manager to join our team at KREATIVE KUTS SALON & SPA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, including staff supervision, budget planning, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Plan and control budget and inventory
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio environment with a budgetary responsibility of $500,001 - $1,500,000. The work conditions and physical capabilities include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with a physically demanding environment.
