Job Title: Hairstyling Salon Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to join our team at KREATIVE KUTS SALON & SPA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our salon, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Plan and control budget and inventory
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
  • Hire, train and supervise staff
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
