About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at SOTI Inc. North America. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our global employees, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality instructional content, including courses, training programs, and learning activities, aligned with our content development strategies.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Design and develop interactive learning experiences, including exercises, activities, and assessments, to enhance the overall learning process and experience.
  • Work with the Global Training team to measure the effectiveness of our deliverables and maintain high standards of instructional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Articulate authoring tools and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Instructional Design or an equivalent field.
  • College/University degree, preferred.
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills to effectively work with team members, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems, such as Docebo, and visual design skills using PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to concurrently work on multiple projects and remain flexible to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
