Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Technology and Operations teams. As a strategic advisor and partner to our leadership teams, you will drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals. Your role will involve close collaboration with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the growth and success of our Technology and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Technology and Operations, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process for the Technology and Operations teams, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- HR Programs and Initiatives: Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with our company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges within the Technology and Operations functions.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and trends, integrating them into the HR strategy where applicable.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader HR team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
