Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
