We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team at Best Towing. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.

About the Role

This dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the activities of tow truck operators and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of tow truck operations
  • Dispatch tow trucks to respond to emergency situations
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Communicate with tow truck operators and other stakeholders to coordinate activities
  • Process and transmit information using dispatching equipment
  • Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
