Community Engagement Specialist

Riverside Natural Foods is a leading manufacturer of organic and nutritious snacks. We're seeking a talented Community Engagement Specialist to join our team and help us grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies for key social media channels, including TikTok and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community engagement efforts with overall business objectives and brand guardrails.
  • Lead social listening efforts to discover culturally relevant conversations, moments, and user-generated content for the MadeGood brand.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize community engagement strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and trends, and share knowledge to upskill strategy and team.
Requirements:
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
  • Previous working experience in marketing, social media, and influencer/creator marketing or consumer.
  • Hands-on experience and familiarity working with social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) would be considered an asset.
