Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Casa Dolce Casa Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and ensure infection control
  • Monitor nutritional intake and observe and record medication's therapeutic and side effects
  • Take vital signs and provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
  • Provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures
  • Monitor patients' progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult with appropriate members of healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Own transportation
