Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at GLADIATOR BURGER & STEAK.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • Lead kitchen operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality meals to customers.
  • Manage staff, including training, performance evaluations, and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain inventory levels, monitor supplies, and order new stock as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to menu standards and quality control measures.
  2. Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  3. Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, emphasizing proper techniques and safety protocols.
  4. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support when needed.
  5. Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  6. Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring timely setup and execution.
  7. Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and controlling waste.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
